Staten Island Man Remains Critical After Old Bridge Shooting

Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey and Chief William Volkert of the Old Bridge Police Department said today that a Staten Island man remained in critical condition after being shot in the township.

The 44-year-old victim was hospitalized after he was wounded at about 9 a.m. Tuesday at a limousine company located on Route 9 in the township.

The shooting is being investigated by Detective Michael Machen of the Old Bridge Police Department and Detective Mark Morris of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.

The investigation is active and is continuing.
