Firefighters battled a stubborn house fire that broke out in a residential neighborhood in Orange this morning.
The fast moving early morning fire ignited inside a home located at 179 Tremont Avenue shortly before 2 a.m. sending firefighters to the scene where they notice flames and smoke coming from the first floor of the house.
Crews were able to make entry into the home where a search for trapped or injured victims came up negative.
It took firefighters a little over an hour to bring the blaze under control.
The cause is under investigation.
