Bergen County authorities announced the arrests of Maria Morales of Ridgefield Park, NJ, Thomas Frasse , Norwood, NJ; Richard Miraldi , Lodi, NJ; and Roy Cabreja , Elmwood Park, NJ on drug-related offenses.
Authorities said, Cabreja, a Megan’s Law offender, is currently a fugitive. These arrests and charges are the results of an investigation conducted by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
According to the authorities, the investigation revealed that Morales and Cabreja were both involved in the distribution of dangerous controlled substances, namely cocaine, at a residence on Teaneck Road in Ridgefield Park,.
According to authorities, on Friday, March 31, law enforcement personnel conducted surveillance at this location and observed two individuals, later identified as Frasse and Miraldi, purchase cocaine from the location. These individuals were arrested without incident.
Later on March 31st, a court-authorized search warrant was executed at the Ridgefield Park location, where Morales was present, along with three young children who were under her care at the time.
While conducting the search, law enforcement personnel located and seized approximately 22 grams of cocaine, which were packaged for distribution purposes, and $4,000.00.
Thomas Frasse was arrested and charged with one count of Possession of Cocaine. Frasse was released on his own recognizance pending a Central Judicial Processing court date on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, in Bergen County.
Authorities said Mirladi was arrested and charged with one count of Possession of Cocaine.

Morales was arrested and charged with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, two counts of Distribution of Cocaine, one count of Possession With the Intent to Distribute Cocaine, one count of Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance within 1000 feet of School Property, and one count of Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance within 500 feet of a Public Park.
Moralse was released on her own recognizance pending a Central Judicial Processing court date on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, in Bergen County.
Roy Cabreja was charged with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, two counts of Distribution of Cocaine, one count of Possession With the Intent to Distribute Cocaine, one count of Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance within 1000 feet of School Property, and one count of Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance within 500 feet of a Park.
Cabreja is Megan’s Law offender and is presently a fugitive from justice.
