Police are on the search for two suspects who reportedly committed a strong armed robbery in the city earlier this afternoon.
The incident happened in the area of Chestnut Street and Park Drive at around 1:30 p.m. when two male suspects approached the victim and ordered personal possessions.
The victim handed over a cellphone before the suspects fled the scene in an SUV.
The suspects have been described as two black males, one with short hair and a black hoodie while the other suspect has dreadlocks and a red hoodie, who sped away in the vehicle after the robbery.
The suspects reportedly implied that they were in possession of a weapon, but one was never shown according to reports.
The incident remains under investigation.
