Authorities have released a sketch of a man who they say reportedly attacked a South Orange resident during a home burglary.
According to authorities, on Feb. 22nd shortly after 10 a.m., a resident was on the third floor of her home when she heard noises on the second floor.
While going to investigate, she discovered the suspect who punched her and fled on foot.
An investigation into the incident revealed that the suspect gained access into the home through a rear sliding door.
The suspect has been described him as a black man, in his 30s, about 5-foot-9, unshaven and last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information was urged to call South Orange Police.
