Nearly a hundred protesters have gathered outside the Elizabeth Detention Center to demand justice for immigrants.
Residents, immigrants, along with elected officials have joined forces to protest President Trump's immigration actions in Elizabeth this morning.
The action is one of two protests organized for today by the Make the Road New Jersey coalition.
The second rally is scheduled for 1:30 p.m at Rep Lance's Westfield Office located at 25 North Avenue East in Westfield.
