Update: According to police, Mr. Bastien was found safe and is back with family.
Police are asking for public's assistance in locating William Bastien who has been missing since 11 a.m. this morning.
According to police, William was reportedly on his way to his doctor's office, which is located on Union Avenue in Irvington, for an appointment but he never arrived.
William is said to be operating a silver 2003 Hyundai Accent with license plates "NJ A33DVX".
He reportedly suffers from dementia, diabetes and several other ailments that he does not have medication for.
