NEWARK NJ: Reports of a physical altercation that happened in the teens block of Parkhurst involving several women had the assailants leave the scene, then return in a van and begin to fire several rounds from a gun in the area at around 5 p.m. Saturday evening.
The van was found a short distance away crashed into a wall with no occupants inside.
There was a heavy police presence searching the area for a possible victim who residents said that they saw leaving the scene.
The female suspects were last seen wearing dark clothing and Scully hats according to reports.
Avoid the area for the investigation.
