There is an active search for a woman that reportedly walked away from a senior citizen facility in East Orange a short time ago.
East Orange authorities have been notified that **78-year-old Gladys McCoy** was last seen at the Good Life Adult Day Care Facility located in the 500 block of North Arlington Avenue earlier this afternoon reports said.
According to family members, McCoy is 5'6" tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
She was last seen wearing black or dark colored pants and a black jacket **-similar to the image provided-** when she reportedly left the facility.
McCoy has dementia according to family members.
