Verona Police followed a vehicle that refused to stop for traffic violations in the city a short time ago.
The vehicle fled from police at a high rate of speed and into West Orange at around 2:15 p.m. where cops lost visual contact with the suspects on Pleasant Valley Way according to reports.
The vehicle is a black Jeep Cherokee with an NJ license plate number "C40-HFL".
The vehicle is reported stolen and has two black male suspects occupying it.
The men were attempting to steal another vehicle in town reports said.
Area police have been notified.
