Police are on the scene of a shooting with a male victim down at this time in the city.
Reports of shots fired sent police to the 1000 block of East 2nd Street before 6 p.m. where arriving officers located the victim unconscious and unresponsive according to authorities.
Police have a crime scene established and an invetsgation under way.
There are no other injuries reported at this time.
