There were two New Jersey Lottery tickets sold that matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn for the Saturday, Dec. 24 drawing winning the $50,000 third-tier prize.
If those tickets had been purchased with the Power Play Multiplier option, they would have been worth $100,000.
The winning tickets from Saturday night’s drawing were sold at the following locations:
Essex County: Fairfield Foodmart, 435 Hollywood Ave., Fairfield; and
Union County: 7-Eleven #18024 (N), 552-572 Morris Ave., Elizabeth.
The winning numbers for the Saturday, Dec. 24 drawing were: 28, 38, 42, 51 and 52.
The Red Power Ball number was 21. The Multiplier number was 02.
The Powerball jackpot rolls to $60,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Wednesday, Dec. 28 at 10:59 pm.
