A late night shooting in Plainfield has authorities investigating.
The shooting happened in the 600 block of East 3rd Street shortly before 10 p.m. sending police to the scene after they received reports of shots fired.
Arriving units found two victims suffering gunshot injuries at that location according to authorities.
The victims' injuries were not immediately reported as life threatening.
A crime scene was established and an investigation is underway.
There were no motives determined for the shooting.
Authorities have not reported any arrests as of 6 a.m. this morning.
