A home burglary that that happened in Elizabeth has police looking for the suspect/s that stole a dog during to heist.
According to reports, the incident happened before noon at a residence in the 900 block of Madison Avenue where the suspect reportedly entered a basement window and rummaged through the home, taking children's clothing, cash, and an 8-week-old 'blue nose' Pitbull puppy before he ran from the scene.
The owner is asking anyone that comes in contact with the dog to please contact Elizabeth Police.
