Police are seeking the public's assistance in finding a man who has been missing since Dec 5th 2016.
Angel A. Plaza, 66, was last seen on Park Avennue in Newark wearing a blue hoodie, black jeans and black sneakers according to authorities.
Plaza suffers from Dementia and may not know where he is or where he is going.
