Authorities in Newark are investigating a theft of truck that is said to contain over $500,000.00 in Coach products that was taken from a Newark East Ward location earlier this morning.
According to Newark Police, at approximately 8:23 a.m., cops responded to SalSon Logistics, a warehousing and distribution business located at 888 Doremus Avenue, on a call of a theft of a commercial trailer containing four pallets of women’s purses.
Police searched several areas and reportedly found the truck on South 20th Street in Irvington but not before the vehicle made several stops according to reports.
It is not clear what (if anything) was taken from the truck.
