Authorities have arrested Marcello R. Allen, 24, of Union, NJ for possessing two vials of crack cocaine on Friday, Nov. 25.
He was observed by Union County police officers for acting suspiciously in the 900 block of Newark Aveune in Elizabeth.
After being arrested and transported to Union County Police headquarters, Allen was released, processed, and given a copy of his court date and charge, authorities say.
