Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose reports that the Fugitive Apprehension Team has arrested Ryan Espinosa, 29, of East Orange for an aggravated assault that occurred Saturday.
According to authorities, at approximately 11 p.m., a 35-year old male victim was walking in the area of 4th and Mount Pleasant avenues when he was shot at by a suspect from inside a vehicle.
As a result of their investigation, detectives have determined that Ryan Espinosa is a suspect in this incident.
Espinosa was located in the area of Maple Avenue and Freeway Drive East in East Orange.
He is charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
