There is an active search for a 17-year-old teen who has been missing since Monday in Elizabeth.
According to authorities, Sandra Torres was last seen leaving school Monday. Although Sandra made contact with family yesterday, they are concerned for her safety.
Sandra is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5'5 tall, weighs 140 lbs., has brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing black pants, purple shirt (with Jefferson High School logo).
