Emergency responders are on the scene of a crash that had a car slam into a restaurant in the city's East Ward at this time.
The crash happened near the intersection of Gotthardt Street and Elm Road at around 10 a.m. where police were called to the scene for a crash with possible injuries.
Arriving crews located the vehicle that crashed into the restaurant and also made contact with at least one other vehicle.
Police detained the driver and a passenger of the vehicle.
There were no injuries reported
