A reported bank robbery that happened in Harrison this afternoon has police investigate.
According to reports, the robbery took place at around 1:30 p.m. at the Kearny Bank that's located in the 500 block of Harrison Avenue when a male suspect entered the bank armed with a gun and demanded cash.
The suspect took an unspecified amount of proceeds before he fled the scene reports said.
Authorities described the suspect as a black male who was wearing a dark sweatshirt with the words "security" on it.
There were no injuries reported
