Newark – Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura’s Crimestopper’s Program is offering up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest and the conviction in the murder of Loren Stokes, 27, of Newark.
Stokes was fatally shot on Oct. 7, 2015 in the vicinity of 49 New Fairview Avenue in Newark. Investigators in the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office are asking for the public’s assistance in this investigation.
