Police continue to investigate an incident this afternoon involving two planes at Newark Liberty International Airport.
According to reports, at approximately 5:45.m., a Lufthansa plane and United Flight 88, for unknown reasons, clipped their wings on the runway.
Although no injuries were reported among the passengers on United flight, both planes were damaged, according to officials.
The incident remains under investigation.
