Carole Hedinger, New Jersey Lottery executive director, announced that there were no Mega Millions game jackpot or second-tier New Jersey prize winners, but there were six tickets sold that matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball drawn for the Friday, Sept. 23 drawing winning the $5,000 third prize.
If those tickets had been purchased with the Megaplier option, they would have been worth $15,000 each.
**The winning tickets were purchased at the following locations:**
· Bergen County: Quick Mart, 2 Joseph St., Moonachie;
· Essex County: Heller and Heller, 39 4th Ave., East Orange;
· Essex County: Seabra Foods Inc., 219 Chestnut St., Newark;
· Hudson County: Consumer Direct, 7 W. 25th St., Bayonne;
· Hudson County: Mini Mart Food Store, 405 Danforth Ave., Jersey City; and
· Hudson County: MS Grocery, 733 Montgomery St., Jersey City.
