Authorities have released the identity of a 21-year-old Paterson man killed Tuesday morning.
Police responded to Hamilton Avenue around 2:25 a.m. for reports of shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers found Sean Brittingham, who was transported to St. Joseph's hospital where he succumbed to his injuries in the operating room.
The incident remains under investigation by police.
