An armed robbery at gunpoint has police on the scene of a Rite Aid in Brick at this time.
The incident was reported at around 6:35 p.m. at the establishment that's located in the 1000 block of Burnt Tavern Road when a black male suspect reportedly entered the store and pointed a gun to the clerk's head and demanded cash according to preliminary reports.
The suspect took an undetermined amount of proceeds before fleeing the scene in a dark colored SUV that was occupied by several other black males reports said.
There were no physical injuries reported.
