Media sources in Atlantic County are reporting a police involved shooting that has an officer critically injured and at least one person dead.
According to reports, gunfire rang out near the parking deck of the Cesars Casino sometime early this morning sending a large police presence to the scene where they found a police officer shot at that location.
A male suspect was found nearby suffering a fatal gunshot wound reports said.
The officer was transported to an area hospital where he is fighting for his life.
Police are looking for at least two other suspects who ran for the scene.
