Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal announced the arrest of Tyler C. Mundhenk, 25, of Pompton Plains, relating to charges of accessing the social media accounts of another without permission and invasion of privacy.
Mundhenk was arrested Thursday without incident. He has been charged with one count of accessing the social media account without the victim’s permission, specifically by logging into the victim’s Facebook, OK Cupid, and Fetlife accounts and one count of invasion of privacy by attempting to take lewd photographs of the victim without consent.
Mundhenk was charged by way of complaint summons and was released on his own recognizance pending his first appearance in the Bergen County Municipal Court in Hackensack, Wednesday.
