A Newark man accused of touching a woman inappropriately aboard a PATH train in Jersey City was arrested, according to officials.
According to police, a 24-year-old Essex County woman told police that as she was aboard a PATH
train en route to Harrison she was touched inappropriately by a man around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
After a review of the surveillance video, police identified the suspect as Andrew Miller, 30, of Newark.
Miller was spotted and arrested at the Journal Square PATH station sometime around 5 p.m. and charged with criminal sexual contact.
He was taken to Hudson County jail in Harrison.
