Police are on the scene of a shooting with a man down in the city at this time.
Reports of shots fired rang out in the area of Norwood Street and Tremont Avenue at around 7 p.m. sending police to the scene where officers located one person shot at that location.
The victim was rushed to University Hospital in an unknown condition.
Police have a crime scene established and an investigation underway.
There are no reports of arrests at this time.
