A stabbing that left a man seriously injured is under investigation in Newark.
Emergency responders rushed to the teens block of Elizabeth Avenue at around 3:15 a.m. where officers found the male victim stabbed several times at that location.
EMS transported the victim to University Hospital where he suffererd stab wounds to the shoulder and abdomen according to reports.
The extent of the victim's injuries have not been released.
There were no arrests reported.
Newark Police are investigating.
