Camden authorities are investigating a stabbing that left a taxi driver injured in the city early this morning.
The incident happened in the area of State Street and Front Street shortly after midnight when cops were called to Cooper University Health Care Center by hospital officials who reported that a male victim had arrived to the hospital suffering a stab injury according to reports.
According to the victim, an unidentified person approached him and demanded cash and personal possessions before attacking with a sharp object.
The victim was reportedly driven to the hospital by a bystander and did not suffer life threatening injuries during his arrival.
There were no arrests reported.
