Firefighters Battle Two-Alarm Fire in Trenton

Firefighters battled a fast moving two alarm fire that erupted inside a set of row homes in the city.

Crews were called to the area of South Clinton Avenue and Butler Street at around 4:15 a.m. where upon arrival crews noticed heavy fire coming from the upper levels the structure.

More that two dozen firefighters were able to bring the blaze under control within an hour with a search of the homes having no injured or trapped occupants.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by Trenton fire officials.
