There is a crime scene established in the 900 block of North Avenue as police are on the scene of shots fired with one person down at this time.
Reports of shot fired sent police to the scene at around 9:15 p.m. where they located the victim reportedly suffering a gunshot wound to the head.
There are life threatening injuries reported.
