Firefighters in Orange made fast work out of a raging car fire that reportedly erupted at a recycling yard last night in the city.
The late night blaze erupted in the 100 block of Hickory Street shortly before 11:30 p.m. sending firefighters to the scene where they arrived to find heavy fire coming from the front of the vehicle.
Crews immediately began to extinguish flames before it could cause extensions or damage to a neighboring home.
There were several small explosions coming from the vehicle but a thorough search reportedly had no suspicious items or injured occupants.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
