BELLEVILLE NJ: Officers from the Essex County Sheriff's Department and Belleville cops took three people into custody in the area Mill Street and Branch Brook Park Drive after a foot pursuit of the suspects who attempted to flee the scene of a single car crash at that location.
The incident happened at around 10:30 p.m. and had no immediate reports of physical injuries.
The suspect's vehicle was towed from the scene for an investigation.
It is not clear if this was the result of a motor vehicle pursuit.
