Woodbridge Man Accused of Selling Drugs Out of Home Where Three Children Resided

Police in Woodbridge today culminated an investigation into the sale of drugs from a township apartment.

The Woodbridge Police Department Special Investigations Unit along with Woodbridge Special Operations Team and Middlesex County Task Force arrived to 31-year-old Tyree Blaine Bunns Lane residence as part of the investigation.

When officers arrived at the Blaine’s residence and announced their presence, Blaine allegedly began throwing heroin and crack cocaine out of the second floor window in an attempt to conceal the drugs from officers.

A search of his residence turned up 680 bags of heroin, 11 grams of crack cocaine, 84 grams of marijuana and approximately $6,000.00 cash, believed to be proceeds of drug distribution. ​

According to police, the home where Blaine was allegedly selling CDS from was also the residence to three children.

Blaine was charged with possession with intent to distribute, possession of CDS (Heroin, Crack Cocaine and Marijuana), possession of CDS (Heroin, Crack Cocaine and Marijuana), drug paraphernalia, distribution of CDS within 500ft of public property and endangering the welfare of children.

His bail was set at $100,000.00 with no 10 percent cash option.
