A suspect wanted for vandalizing several cars in Harrison had police in Kearny assist in locating the suspect early this morning.
Police setup a perimeter in the area of Grant Avenue and Johnston Avenue at around 3:30 a.m. on reports called in by residents in several neighborhoods that they observed a white male suspect breaking into vehicles in the area.
Cops tracked the suspect to the area of Passaic Street where Kearny Police arrested the man without incident according to reports.
Harrison authorities were called to the scene to identify the man.
The suspect was transported to central booking.
