A brazen armed robbery of a pharmacy in Newark has police on the scene investigating at this time.
The armed robbery happened at around 5:15 p.m. in the 400 block of Orange Street when two male suspects who were armed with a gun entered the establishment and announced a hold-up according to initial reports from the scene.
According to reports, the suspects took several bottles of Percocets and Oxycodones before fleeing the store and jumping into a gold colored Chrystler.
Police are looking for two black males, one of whom is about 6'3" tall, both wearing dark clothing.
There were no injuries immediately reported.
