Technology High School partnered with a local non-profit organization, FOCUS, and sponsored 20 children for the holidays. School officials said they feel honored to have helped bring cheer to children and families during this holiday season. In particular, they were happy to have helped a family that relocated to Newark from Puerto Rico after the tragedy of Hurricane Maria. Technology's staff and community friends helped make this day possible by purchasing and donating the gifts, cooking traditional food, and distributing gifts to the kids.
