A woman was stabbed last night as she walked home with 9-year-old daughter, police said. According to police, at approximately 10:16 p.m. on Wright Avenue a 42-year-old woman was walking home with her 9-year-old daughter after leaving a store on Broadway.
The victim than told police, that they were approached from behind by a man outside of a residence on Wright Avenue.
The man than stabbed the victim several times on the left side of her face, according to police reports. The knife-welding attacker than fled towards Logan Avenue, according to reports.
