Police in Bergen County recovered the body of a woman inside a car at a location in Hackensack on Saturday morning.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to a parking garage located at 140 Prospect Avenue at approximately 3 a.m. to investigate reports of suspicious activities.
Police officers arrived at the scene and found an unconscious and unresponsive 19-year-old woman inside a car at that location.
Medical personnel pronounced the unidentified woman dead at the scene, according to police.
A crime scene unit was brought to the scene to conduct a further investigation into the possible cause of the woman's death.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
