Police are on the search for two armed men who carjacked a woman early this morning in the city's West Ward.
The incident was reported in the 300 block of Chapman Street before 4:50 a.m. sending police to the scene where the victim reported that two black male suspects pointed a weapon a took her vehicle shortly before police arrived.
The vehicle is a black 2017 Nissan Altima with reported NJ license plate numbers "K26-HRH".
The suspects were wearing dark clothing and armed with a "long gun" when they sped from the scene eastbound on Mount Vernon according to reports.
There were no physical injuries reported.
