The West Orange Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.
Police officials reported that Mr. Timothy Rolinson was last seen at approximately 4:25 p.m.Thursday afternoon near the Central Avenue, Orange border.
Mr. Rolinson is an elderly male who suffers from memory loss.
He was last seen wearing a brown jacket, black sweatpants, and a blue hat.
