Passaic County authorities announced that Ms. Lwanda Segura, 34, of West Milford, has been indicted in relation to a May 28, 2020 incident involving the assault of a child that took place in West Milford.

Police say the alleged assaults of both the child and adult female took place in the presence of two minor children, age 14 and 6.
Ms. Segura will appear for arraignment before a Superior Court Judge at a date to be determined. The defendant is presently on pretrial release pending the disposition of this matter.
A criminal indictment is merely an accusation.
