An early morning stabbing that occurred at a residence in Waretown is under investigation by police.
There non-life threatening injuries reported for the victim found by police in the single digit block of Mizzen Way suffering a stab injury to the neck according to reports.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The motive for the stabbing remains under investigation.
