As residents step out, NWS meteorologists said they'll notice a cloudy start to the day.
However, the weather is predicted to warm up slightly compared to recent days. The clouds are expected to disperse as the day progresses, making way for some sunshine this afternoon.
NWS meteorologist said there is a slight chance of showers predicted between 11 am and 2 pm.
Following this, there's a higher chance of showers and possible thunderstorms after 2 pm. Despite the clouds, the day's high temperature is expected to reach around 83 degrees.
The wind direction will change throughout the day, starting as an east wind of 5 to 10 mph and shifting to the southeast in the afternoon.
