Emergency responders in Middlesex County rushed to the scene of a violent crash that occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning, leaving several individuals injured and requiring hospitalization.
The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Route 18 near Edgeboro Road in East Brunswick.
Upon arrival at the scene, crews found three vehicles lying mangled from the collision.
Approximately four individuals were found to have sustained various injuries as a result of the crash, with one victim reportedly suffering a head injury.
While the injuries were significant, none were deemed to be life-threatening.
However, the exact circumstances that led to the collision remain shrouded in mystery, prompting an investigation by the East Brunswick Police Department.
