Police in Belleville are requesting the public's assistance in identifying two dangerous men who are wanted for an armed robbery of a Chinese store in Belleville and possibly other robberies in the Greater Newark/Essex County area.

According to police, the robbery occurred in the teen block of Washington Avenue on July 9th where two black male suspects entered the establishment and pretended as if they were attempting to make an order from the menu on the counter when one of the suspects brandished a gun and demanded cash.
Store employees handed over an unknown amount of cash when one of the suspects entered behind the counter.
There were no physical injuries reported and police said that the men fled in a small silver car.
The suspects are also suspected of a recent armed robbery at a gas station on Bloomfield Avenue in Bloomfield earlier this week.
