Newark Police are reminding residents that operating dirt bikes and quads are illegal in the city.
“We will arrest suspects, tow their vehicles, seize their quads and use our helicopter and special units to attack this plague in an effort to achieve the goal of safeguarding our city" Newark Public Safety Director Anthony said in an earlier statement.
